happy bday to rubi...

this is rubi. she just celebrated 5 years of being a daughter, a little sister, a big sister and our good friend. her mama just sent me this sweet pict. of her wearing her new pretty. how adorable is she...? we used to play a lot before camille had to grow up and go to school EVERY day ALL day. booo.... whenever i see rubi she says, "ummm Keli, when can me and camille have a playdate?" those 2 never have enough play time together. happy #5 to u rubi joy. we love you!

harvest vs. halloween...

never really been a fan of halloween. was talking with my mom & sister about it, i even remember being a kid and not really diggin' on it. can u be a scaredy cat even out of the womb? ok, well that's me. freaked out to have to go down my grandparents basement to get something from the freezer, still think that freddy kreuger is for real, sharks do come busting out of pool drains right? and hmmm what else, don't step on a crack cause' you'll break your mama's back?eeek don't even think about it!! so i celebrate "harvest" and try really really hard to be a super mom and celebrate halloween, for the kids sake!! my own daughters scare me in these pictures!

i'm in love...

this pict. seriously makes all the crazy in my brain go foggy. i fell in love tonight, for maybe 2 hours scouring their websites. yes, BOTH have websites because both are that amazing at what they do. SHE, an artist a stylist and has a hell of a good eye for beauty. HE an unreal photographer, who allows them to be at some exotic, romantic, soulful and simple destinations where his lovely bride styles and helps make the weddings look immpecable. a dream! i think i might love her so much because her website has a deer in it, hellllooo people, you know who your talking to right? and we create pretties that really resemble each other. ooohhh, maybe she copied me. no, not true. but the truth is... they are blessed to be able to work together creatively and make for some memorable moments. a little factoid about me and my handsome groom... we dream of that too, working together someday! lucky them! it's bad...

everything is so bad with this awesome candid that one of my darling girls (for sure was eve) needed for fatbooth. you all know the app. some amazing goodness comes from that app. but seriously #1...my wrinkles and #2...my hair and #3...my motivation! not that i don't want to post, i forget. i've done 2 weddings, a TON of b-day presents, many special orders, a few on the fly fancies and no pictures to show for any of them. truth be told people, i am waiting for some picts from one of the weddings. hold tight with me frenz. i am on a mission to pull myself up and into this life of picts and computers and all things pretty. xoxo
